Recurring assurance that terminated-user access was removed effectively across critical systems

Risk Analytics Lead on the annual reconciliation of HR records against account existence and last-login information across critical systems (2020–2023). Designed the analysis to assess whether terminated-user access was removed effectively, and worked through data-quality challenges arising from inconsistent employee identifiers across Active Directory, Oracle, Chris21 and Workday.
