I lead EY's national Risk Analytics practice across Oceania, grown from 3 to 16, owning practice strategy, commercial performance, capability and the delivery of our largest analytics, payroll compliance and continuous controls engagements in the mining and resources sector.
- Built Power BI reporting and payroll monitoring solutions for Tier 1 mining clients, giving leaders ongoing compliance visibility across the hire to retire process.
- Developed payroll monitoring backed by SAP ECP, SuccessFactors and Pronto, integrated through Snowflake, improving how workforce compliance risks are surfaced and managed.
- Led 20+ superannuation compliance reviews, identifying material exposure and guiding remediation alongside the ATO and Fair Work Commission.
- Implemented continuous controls monitoring across payroll, master data, leave and rostering, strengthening data integrity and audit readiness.
- Established digital analytics capability for a global internal audit program spanning 100+ countries and 50+ audits a year, setting strategy, standardising methods and deploying scalable tooling.
- Designed and delivered analytics on Azure SQL with Power BI, embedding data governance and validated findings processes.
- Built a modular risk and controls analytics platform on Azure SQL using a layered ref / active / archive design, reusable across multiple client engagements.
- Designed reusable data models and ETL pipelines integrating SAP, Snowflake and Power BI, cutting per engagement build effort and improving data quality.
- Grew the Oceania practice from 3 to 16; designed the operating model, built a structured training program and led the AI adoption and responsible use program.
