Engagement Lead and Solution Design Lead for an ongoing continuous controls monitoring program covering the operating model, analytics framework, exception lifecycle and technology architecture. Directed project planning, process onboarding and the design of monitoring across finance processes including payroll and wage entitlement calculations, and reviewed analysis, reporting roadmaps and project documentation with a focus on clear, decision-useful outputs. Built on a Microsoft Fabric / Microsoft Azure data platform with SQL and Power BI, versioned in GitHub with GitHub Copilot-assisted development.
