Designed and delivered a payroll CCM solution integrating SAP ECP and SuccessFactors data, surfaced via SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI. The engagement has continued to broaden: as Analytics and CCM Lead, directed the design and execution of data testing and the integration of analytics into audit reporting, extending continuous controls monitoring and analytics-enabled internal audit work and contributing credentials and methods for establishing sustainable continuous monitoring capabilities in the mining sector.
