Established the data foundation for a broader workforce analytics capability
Engagement Lead for the analytics workstream establishing data foundations for workforce planning, workforce management and recruitment reporting. Shaped a phased delivery approach, positioning the initial workforce tracker as the foundation for a broader workforce analytics capability, and defined the discovery questions across HR, recruitment, planning, integration, reporting and workflow requirements. Draws on Oracle EPM, JobAdder and the Microsoft Power Platform.
The context was growth: the client plans to hire around 200 staff, and its processes, systems and reporting needed uplifting to support that. Worked on changing the operating model to handle the scale-up, and delivered a temporary reporting solution to carry the business through the transition.
