Engagement Lead for the analytics workstream establishing data foundations for workforce planning, workforce management and recruitment reporting. Shaped a phased delivery approach, positioning the initial workforce tracker as the foundation for a broader workforce analytics capability, and defined the discovery questions across HR, recruitment, planning, integration, reporting and workflow requirements. Draws on Oracle EPM, JobAdder and the Microsoft Power Platform.
