Large-scale RPA implementation covering 6 automated processes across Finance, HR, Safety and Tax: as business analyst, solution architect, developer, test manager and project manager. Supported the client's RPA team to scale automation delivery across business functions, designing and implementing automations for invoice processing and employee change-of-condition letters, and supporting automations for fringe benefits tax analysis and journal posting and reversal. Led process assessment, business case, solution architecture, UAT and post-production validation.
