Shaped a repeatable contract-compliance analytics proposition and proof-of-concept

Opportunity and Solution Lead developing a contract-compliance analytics proposition (Compliance IQ) covering contract interpretation, data mapping, test design and exception follow-up. Shaped deployment, data-security and operating-model options to suit client technology requirements, developed the proof-of-concept approach, and articulated how analytics, automation and AI could support repeatable commercial assurance. Built on the client's Microsoft stack: Microsoft Azure, SQL, AI Foundry and Power BI.

Compliance IQ tests whether contractors comply with their commercial terms, across a large number of contractors, many of them on projects: infrastructure projects, and a confidential mining client. AI is used throughout: accessing unstructured data (invoices, contract terms, timesheets), drafting the rules and logic to be included in testing, and adding a probabilistic overlay on top of the deterministic rules.
